Wow, what a small, small world! I am often reminded when I am least expecting it just how small our world can be sometimes! This past weekend, I met with Kaden for his fall senior session, and y’all, it was crazy how we knew so many of the same people.

Kaden is a senior at Woodlawn High School. Little did I know, he lives five minutes away from my in-laws home. He is also in the CEO Program at school. CEO stands for Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities, and it is designed to link local students with area entrepreneurs. The students are essentially taught by area professionals, and at the end of the year, the students create their own businesses to present at a public trade show. This program was originally started in my hometown, Effingham, IL, by my father, and it has since spread to several states. It was crazy and wonderful to see and hear Kaden talk about how much he loves the CEO Program. Since being in the class, Kaden hopes to run his own business in the future or work as a marketer {see why we got along so well?!}. Anyways, it was pretty amazing to get to talk with this young entrepreneur. I have no doubt Kaden is going to do something big in his career.

Besides business, Kaden loves fishing, and I was super excited to include this in his session. We made a Haley Nicole Record for the first Haley Nicole fishing session, and y’all, I’d say it was a success! I will add that it also didn’t hurt that his family’s property was absolutely gorgeous!
