Okay, so you’re planning for your big day, and if you’re where I was, then you have NO clue where to even start on wedding dresses. Growing up, I loved fashion and reading magazines, but y’all, when it came to my wedding day look I had NO CLUE WHERE TO START!!!! I knew this was the most important outfit I would wear in my entire life, and I did not want to regret my choice. However, through and through, I’ve decided there is one item that you can NOT leave out of your wedding day look, and it’s is a veil!!

3 Reasons Why You Need a Veil

1. Gorgeous & STUNNING

   No joke, I think a bride looks 10x more like a bride with a veil on. The delicacy of this accessory adds extra beauty and elegance to your look. If your budge allows for a more detailed veil, go for it, but even a simple veil can add an extra pop to your look. Nothing screams bridal like a wedding veil, and I’m hoping that my HNBrides will add this to their look.

2. Incredible Photographs

   Of course, I’m going to be a little bit selfish {but it benefits you too!!}. A veil will add beauty to your wedding photographs. My favorite pictures from the day are normally ones that incorporate a veil. These type of images always turn out super cute, cozy, and just adorable!! Also, if you’re wondering if a cathedral length is too long…I say the more the merrier!!

3. Timeless

   I genuinely think every bride wants her look to be timeless, even if she’s incorporating the latest trends. I firmly believe adding a veil to your day will help create a timeless look. You don’t have to keep it on all day {I recommend taking it off during the reception}, but this small accessory will add a beautiful touch to your ensemble.
