Y’all, I am so happy that I kicked 2018 wedding season off with Ashley and Aaron. These two are a pretty special couple, and I am so blessed to capture such an incredible day!

I’ve known Ashley since grade school, and we participated in many of the same school activities: chorus and musicals. Ashley has always been a sweet and fun-loving girl. I was thrilled when she reached out to me asking if I had her date available. Of course, I love photographing any great love story, but it’s even more special when you know the person beforehand. Before long, Ashley, Aaron, and I were chatting over a video call. Immediately, it was easy to see that these two were head-over-heels in love with each other. It was absolutely adorable hearing them talk about what made them fall for each other. They envisioned their wedding day to be fun and enjoying time with family and friends – and y’all, it was just that.

Days leading up to the wedding, I was sure we were going to experience heavy rainstorms, but God heard our prayers! There wasn’t a drop of rain the entire day! Ashley looked absolutely incredible in a flower crown {!!!!}, and it was soooo much fun to see and hear Aaron’s excitement for their first look. They were so giddy with excitement to get married, and I ended up bawling through their ceremony {#sorrynotsorry}.

Ashley and Aaron, it was such a honor to be a part of your day! I’m excited to see how God will use the two of you in this next stage of life!
