my blog!

welcome to

HOLY MOLY – y’all better take a seat because this engagement session is so stinking sweet and cute!! I have been SO giddy about sharing these photos with y’all because Laura + Andrew are literally the sweetest, and praise the Lord, we were blessed with an absolutely gorgeous day at Queeny Park in St. Louis.

Last fall, Laura reached out to me to book her fall 2019 wedding. I was excited then, and I’m even more excited now for their wedding! These two are so sweet and are just absolutely incredible in front of the camera. I’m telling ya – they were meant to be models! When we started chatting about their engagement session Laura suggested Queeny Park – it’s actually one of my favorite places to photograph in STL {that might be because we currently live very close so the drive is super short}, but nonetheless, I was elated when Laura suggested it!

We actually had to reschedule Laura and Andrew’s session because their first date was a rain out, but I’m SO glad we moved dates because God blessed us with a sunny and 80* day! It was such a blessing, and I always love photographing in sunshine – so I was so pumped! Plus, as soon as Laura got out of her car she was in the most darling red dress {y’all know I have a thing for red}. She had told me the day before that she was hoping her new red dress would come in the day of the photoshoot, but she wasn’t sure if it would arrive on time. Well, it did, and she looked absolutely gorgeous! I was literally head over heels in love with both of their outfits, and I just can’t say enough nice things about this adorable couple.

I’ll let y’all check out the photos – so you can understand why I loved this session so much! Get ready for September because I seriously can’t wait for their wedding day!!
