How is October almost already here? I just can’t believe how FAST time is flying by, and I can’t believe how HOT it is still out! I’ve been anxiously awaiting the Kunick family session for the past few months. I knew we’d be shooting their session on their gorgeous family property, and I assumed it would be nice and chilly at the end of September. However, we didn’t get as lucky as we’d all had hoped. Sadly, it was a sweltering 95* out, and the humidity was horrific! However, the the Kunick family were absolute troopers! They had on flannel and vests, but they were so great!

Early on, Brenda had told me that her kids love their dogs, and it was very important that all 5 dogs were a part of their family session! It was a little bit of a challenge to get all of the dogs to cooperate {we might of even had a few jump into the pond!}, but in the end, everything was wonderful! I also can’t get enough of all of the gorgeous fall colors that is all over Missouri and Illinois. I am so excited for all of the fun family and senior sessions I have in the next month and a half! Here’s hoping and praying that the fall foliage stays, but the warm weather will soon leave!
