I just can’t quite believe it. March is almost over! I always feel like February is the fastest month of the year, but holy cow, March FLEW by. While I’m a little sad to see the year flying by so fast, I am thrilled to experience warmer weather and sunshine.

I assume March flew by because it was full of excitement. I anticipated work being slow until May/June, but I was certainly wrong. Every weekend has held some sort of gathering, event, or adventure.

This month started with the F2 Retreat: Find + Follow. It is for the middle school ministry at our church, and I was so thankful that so many of my small group girls were able to attend. It is so great to see them learn and grow in their love for Christ. We spent the weekends of Hayden’s spring break around the Southern IL and MO area. The weather didn’t get above 55* so our plans for the zoo and picnicking were switched out for movie marathons. We’re ending the month on a high note with my mom’s birthday tomorrow. While we won’t be able to celebrate with her, we’ll be shouting HAPPY BIRTHDAY from the rooftops in STL.
