Y’all, I LOVE the month of May…I know that summer doesn’t “technically start until mid/late June, but to me, summer starts in May. In Southern Illinois, the weather gets warmer (typically), the sun shines more, everything greens up, I celebrate my birthday, and we kick off summer on Memorial Day Weekend.

While this May has looked a little different than ANY other (hello #COVID!!), I’ve really tried my best to still celebrate and enjoy my favorite parts of this month despite all that we can’t do at this time.
